Bee Education Learning Kits
The Bee Education Learning Kits provide term-long programs focused on the importance of bees, honey and biodiversity. The kits are designed by teachers and are aligned with the Australian and Victorian Curriculum.
Each Bee Education Learning Kit includes lesson plans for an 11-week unit of work, with beautifully designed resources that enhance the classroom experience, whether it’s worksheets, books, videos, bee-themed accessories, cards or seeds to plant a pollinator-friendly garden.
Planting for Bees! Learning Kits
This unit looks at the relationship between honey bees and their environment. The unit studies a honey bee’s life cycle, what a honey bee needs to survive and how and why honey bees pollinate. The hands-on learning will cover the workings of a hive, the importance of honey bees for food security, plus the chance to taste some honey.
